London's West End is launching a new £140 million residential regeneration project by Galliard Homes with 92 private sale premium apartments and penthouses, plus 74,675 sq ft of accommodation. The new construction will be above the new Tottenham Court Road Crossrail Interchange. The 0.54 acre site will have two new buildings with Oxford street to the north and Great Chapel street on the western side, Dean Street on the east side and Diadem to the north in a report by BDaily News.
The project named Tottenham Court Road West (TCRW) masterplan has been designed by architects Hawkins/Brown with interiors designed by Argent Design.The new plans will have two 'architecturally-contrasting apartment buildings' with Stephen Conway, executive chairman of Galliard Homes in Bdaily commenting:

Currently London’s West End has to over 600 retailers, 70 restaurants, 40 theatre and cinema venues with also six universities.

PBCToday is reporting that contracts totalling £43 million have been made for the landmark over-state Court Road Elizabeth Line Western Entrance.
The luxury apartment buildings include a six-storey Art Deco style with 69 studio, one, two and three -bedroom units and 7,989 sq ft of retail space overlooking Oxford Street.
A second building overlooking Dean Street in a Georgian townhouse style will feature 23 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Addition features for both buildings are said to feature ' private exterior space ranging from covered balconies to extensive sun terraces for the larger apartments and penthouses.'
